Coming from a background in graphic design, Laura Abiven specialized in photography and video production following her studies. Convinced that the professions of the graphics industry and the audiovisual industry are closely linked, she has chosen to develop each of these skills to offer a global response to the projects entrusted to her. This is how this photographer combines her sensitive and delicate vision with the technicality of photoshooting.

Laura Abiven first evolved as a camera operator and photographer on event and sports projects before turning to the entrepreneurial or corporate world.

Her multidisciplinary profile allowed her to easily progress in Breton communication agencies in positions as a versatile graphic designer in video production and motion design.

From video and photo capture in the food industry, communities, businesses or during conferences, Laura has also worked on projects requiring post-production combining image editing and motion design.

Telling the real story…

It was in 2020, passionate about cinema and directing, that Laura Abiven initiated the writing and co-directing of her first documentary film on the subject of volunteering in the voluntary sector.

Her approach to valuing people and the collective is found today in the projects entrusted to her. Curious by nature, Laura is keen to represent the authenticity and poetry of a place, a gesture or subjects whose spontaneity, emotions or even the singular details which make up the charm of a picture.
