DIDIER FAES is available for new projects

He started photography at a very young age, he already had experience having had three laboratories before passing his baccalaureate, then he joined the higher school of arts of Tournai (B.E) photography section, where he learned the profession of photographer, with courses in drawing, art history, composition, he learned everything in this school, training his eye and the technique of light; Then he worked for a few years at Connaissance Des Arts (Réalités) rue saint Georges in Paris, where he rubbed shoulders with big names in photography, such as Jean-Loup Sieff, Jean François Charbonnier. His training at Connaissance des arts made him travel a lot for reports of historical monuments, museums, private collections. While working there, he provided reports on openings at the IRIS CLERT gallery, Icone des arts, as well as at Barclay for concert photographs, such as that of LED ZEPPLIN at the OLYMPIA, he can also be found at Michel MAGNE in his château studio and a collaboration with THIERRY SABINE creator of the Paris Dakar rally, for the launch of the first BUGGY in the AUTO RACING newspaper. Finally, he will work in London, for many years in the fashion sector. He thus continues major collaborations at JOHN SMEDLEY LYLE & SCOTT, REGENT BELT, refining the natural elegance of simplicity and noble unsophisticated materials, well-composed, constructed and simple photos.

With a career punctuated by exceptional encounters, he now lives in Honfleur, where he continues his photography career in his studio. He also works in the region on other assignments, including reportage, culinary, animal, real estate, wedding, art, and passport photography, as he is ANTS-certified.
