Photographer, communicator, and animal therapist, Nicolas Castaño develops a deeply intuitive, sensitive, and committed artistic approach. A true "Forest Man," he explores the subtle connections between humans, nature, and the living through images. Photography thus becomes much more than a visual art: it is a language of the soul, a space of resonance, a path of reconnection with oneself and the world.

After studying Literature and Philosophy, then Literature and Art, which shaped his view of reality and fueled a sensitive reflection on beauty, presence, and meaning, Nicolas Castaño then turned to photography and film, mediums he practiced for many years, exploring storytelling through image, movement, and light. In 2016, he founded his own business, marking the beginning of a more personal commitment to his photographic practice.

In 2022, Conscience Sauvage was born, bringing together his passions for art, nature, and therapeutic support. His work then expanded to a more contemplative photography, connected to the natural world and animals. Through his images, he seeks to honor the raw beauty of nature and reveal the sacred in the ordinary.

Today, Nicolas Castaño offers, among other things, wedding reports and portrait sessions, highlighting the essence of each person and the magic of the moment. His approach is distinguished by his gentleness, attentiveness, and ability to capture what is invisible. It's not simply about producing a beautiful image, but about revealing a presence, an emotion, a connection that goes beyond the visible. Based in Lorient, in the Morbihan region, he travels regularly throughout Brittany—and beyond—to meet those who wish to experience a sensitive and embodied photographic experience.
