Christophe Desaphy chose this name and slogan because he has always defined himself as a "social photographer." He doesn't just take portraits; he immortalizes life's special moments. Whether it's traditional newborn photos or photoshoots at any age, birthday reports, or couple photos during a pregnancy, or to create memories of a happy moment in your life.

In fact, he designs each photo as a work of art. That's why, after more than 15 years of experience, he continues to pursue training to expand his expertise and also explore more contemporary styles. This is also why all his photos are retouched to level out the colors and lighting, and even more so to recreate the intensity and emotion the "models" felt during the photoshoot.

Naturally, some of his clients asked him to showcase their work for promotional photos. The photographer then had the idea of ​​offering a report on their craft. As a craftsman himself, he knows full well that a finished project goes through multiple stages and that it can be useful to show a client how a car was repaired, why a cake is both beautiful and delicious, how their antique furniture was restored, revived, and renovated. These photos will be taken to demonstrate that their work is not a grueling and pointless labor, but rather that it represents a technique, a skill, and, above all, the satisfaction of their accomplishment. This report will certainly have an advertising purpose, to populate a website or create a portfolio to demonstrate the quality of their work to future clients, but it will also be a true recognition of their work, or sometimes a passion.

This is why Christophe added "object photography" to his brochure.

On occasion, he also photo shoots concerts or fashion shows. For example, he was the official photographer for “Miss Ronde Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur” when he still lived in Bouches du Rhône.

For family reasons, in 2017, he chose to leave the warmth of Provence to return to his native Confolens. But after 30 years spent away from the Charente-Limousin region, he had to open a studio-store to gain recognition and exposure.

Today, he has not only brought back the low rates of urban areas, but he has also brought 10 years of experience as a professional photographer to the pretty little town of Confolens.

In his studio, he offers photo development from a phone or memory card, as well as copying and restoration of old photos. Photo enlargements up to 40x60 cm are available.

He also takes passport photos that are compliant and guaranteed for all countries.
