Sylvain RANC is a videographer and photographer based in Gard since 2017.

Coming from the music world, it was through his musical activity that he first learned sound recording and audio mixing, then moved on to creating videos to promote his bands.

He then began working with professional software such as audio sequencers, video editing programs, and graphic design tools.

Self-taught at first, in 2016 he undertook audiovisual training at L’Idem near Perpignan.

Building on this experience, in 2017 he opened SR Réalisation, a sole proprietorship that gave him the flexibility and efficiency he was seeking.

Sylvain RANC then began offering video and photo services for businesses through advertising content, and for private clients through wedding coverage.

From 2020 onward, with the pandemic bringing major changes to our ways of working, he oriented his practice toward live video production.

This activity has been consolidated over the years by providing this type of service for various events for local authorities, intermunicipal communities, and production companies facing staffing shortages.

A lifelong documentary enthusiast, his video services are increasingly focused on long-form formats that aim to combine both educational and promotional aspects.

Committed to continuous learning, adventurous by nature and curious about everything, Sylvain RANC can adapt to many situations, sometimes potentially perilous.

This versatility has led him to all kinds of assignments, in both video and photography, across diametrically opposed fields, confronting him with all sorts of situations and challenges in filming or shooting.

His initial training in automotive mechanics gives him a technical approach to automotive and industrial subjects in general.

Now well established and fulfilled in this passionate profession, he is in a constant quest for new, ever more compelling projects.
