Amandine LAMRI grew up in the countryside, in an environment where nature, the seasons, and animals shaped daily life. This close connection to living things early on shaped her perspective on the world and nurtured her artistic sensitivity. As a child, she spent long hours observing insects, the light filtering through leaves, and the gestures of people working the land. Already, her attentive and contemplative eye captured details others overlooked. As a teenager, with a small disposable camera in hand, she roamed paths and forests to immortalize these simple, sincere moments.
Soon, Amandine LAMRI realized that photography was not just a way to freeze reality, but a language in itself — a way to express what she feels in the face of the world. Curious and passionate, she researched, experimented, and learned on her own before pursuing professional training, eventually earning a Bachelor’s degree in Photography and Motion Images at the École de Condé in Nancy. This education strengthened her approach and refined her vision.
Today, Amandine LAMRI is a committed photojournalist and founder of ALchimie Visuelle in Lunéville.
She puts her talent at the service of causes that matter to her:

Her work explores the major questions of our time — our relationship with nature, food, and others — revealing both the beauty and fragility of our surroundings.
Through her lens, she seeks to capture raw emotions, truthful moments, and expressive gazes. Her photography denounces, questions, and provokes — always with empathy and depth. She believes in the power of images to awaken awareness and hopes that through her art, she can contribute to a more conscious and supportive world.
