For Frédéric CAYE, photography is much more than simply taking pictures—it is a way of expressing his own vision of the world.

Photography offers endless creative possibilities. Whether capturing a genuine moment as it happens or producing something more artistic and imaginative, Frédéric believes there is room for every idea and every story.

His passion for photography began around fifteen years ago thanks to a close friend who introduced him to the craft. In 2011, he purchased his first DSLR camera, a Canon EOS 1000D, which allowed him to learn the fundamentals of photography. Over the years, he continuously refined his skills while investing in professional equipment better suited to his growing experience.

Throughout his journey, he has worked with several Canon EOS cameras, including the 600D, 800D, 77D, and today primarily uses both a Canon 7D Mark II and a Canon 6D Mark II.

Entirely self-taught, Frédéric has developed expertise in a variety of photographic techniques, including light painting, long-exposure photography, portrait sessions, and many other creative approaches.

Encouraged by the positive feedback he received on his work and the growth of his portfolio, he decided to turn his passion into a profession. In September 2021, he founded K-Fred Photographies, offering professional photography services to both private individuals and businesses.

Today, Frédéric CAYE helps his clients preserve life's most meaningful moments with professionalism, creativity, and genuine attention to detail. He primarily works in Remiremont, Épinal, and throughout the surrounding Grand Est region, while remaining available for projects in other locations upon request.
